On paying this fee for the property you have stated, the propeprty will then be taken off the market immediately and show "Let Agreed" from our website and may take up to 24hrs to show "Let Agreed" on other sites we advertise on. Acceptance for the property is subject to a full reference completed via our appointed referencing company. The Fee is non refundable under any circumstances and does not come off any rent or deposit you may have to pay on moving in to the property. Paying Rent - Terms and Conditions

On paying rent for property which you have stated for any rents over £200 a charge of 1.5% of the total amount should be added to youre rent amount, should you not add this manually this will then go on to youre account as a charge and could be taken from youre deposit as rent arrears. Please also note we will not receive the money paid for up to 5 working days which could mean you are late paying your rent. Please contact the office should you have any questions regarding this.
